I order the jerk sauce and jerk seasoning. customer service sent me a text to let me know they were out of the hot. They offered to send a mild or could cancel that part of the order. I appreciated the customer service. I went with the mild and received my products in about a week.
One of the bottles came with the lid partially off so I can't use that one, but the other two arrived without issues.
