Shipping policy

All products leave us in good condition and well packaged. Any breakage would be responsibility of the carrier. All of our packages are insured by carrier for that reason.

International customers- please check your country’s rules for importing food products before ordering. We are not responsible for items that do not clear customs and no refunds will be issued for items or shipping if items do not clear.

In the event of breakage please do not accept damaged packages. If its delivered like that please take photos of damaged box and its contents as you will need this when you file a claim.
